KME Network royalty payouts and takedowns explained

Understand KME Network’s monthly royalty payout threshold, free takedowns, small-request timelines, bulk removals and full-catalogue notice period.

When are royalty payments made?

KME Network makes royalty payments monthly when your available royalty balance is above ₹3,000. This payout rule applies across the plans listed on our pricing page.

The threshold is above ₹3,000: a balance of exactly ₹3,000 does not meet that condition. Availability of royalties depends on when platforms report and pay earnings; a stream appearing on a platform does not by itself mean the money is already available for payout.

Are takedowns charged?

KME Network does not charge for takedowns. This includes small requests, bulk removals and removal of your entire catalogue. The applicable processing and notice periods still apply.

Which takedown timeline applies?

The size and scope of the request matter. Use the following KME timelines when planning your request:

  • Small requests, such as 1–6 songs: 3–4 days.
  • Bulk takedowns: 1 month.
  • Removal of your entire catalogue: give at least 3 months of advance notice.

Full-catalogue removal has its own advance-notice requirement. Tell the team whether you mean a few recordings, a bulk group or your entire catalogue so the request can be handled correctly.

What should you include in a support request?

Include your account email, release titles and UPC or ISRC identifiers if available. State clearly which releases the request concerns and whether you want a small, bulk or full-catalogue takedown.

For a payout question, describe the balance or reporting period you are asking about. Do not send your password. The team can discuss your request through the contact page.

Review your plan terms as well

Subscription fees and royalty payouts are different parts of your account. The Professional plan is ₹4,500 for a 3-year term, including GST. Confirm renewal terms with the team before starting.

Use the pricing and service terms pages when reviewing the plan for your account, and contact the team if you need clarification before requesting a change.
